Valarie Williams

My name is Valarie Williams, and I am a licensed and professional massage therapist. I have been licensed since March of 2009. I received my educational training from Miller-Motte College in Cary, NC. I am also a licensed cosmetologist and received training from Miller-Motte in Raleigh, NC. I have acquired additional training and certifications through online course study, traveling abroad, and local hands-on training. My certifications are inclusive of Reiki II, reflexology, lypotherapy, and medical massage therapy.

My practice focuses primarily on a holistic approach to health and healing the mind, body, and soul. I am a believer that we can heal ourselves through belief, a change of mindset, habits, and diet. Emphasis and education are placed on massage therapy as an alternative health medicine and a safer and more effective approach to health, healing, and happiness.
